FAQs

Describe your style.

Our work is best understood through the images themselves. At its core, our approach is modern, editorial, and quietly romantic, grounded in a sense of timeless elegance rather than trend. Every wedding we photograph is shaped by the people at its centre. We do not impose a fixed style or formula. Instead, we respond to atmosphere, light, and energy, drawing inspiration from fashion editorials and narrative-driven imagery. The result is a body of work that feels honest, refined, and deeply personal. A visual record of the moments, emotions, and details that truly mattered, created to be returned to and lived with for years to come.

Where are you based?

We are based in the North of Ireland and work extensively throughout Ireland, the UK, Europe, and internationally.

How does it work if we book you for an international wedding?

For destination events, I typically arrive one to two days ahead of the celebration. This allows time to become familiar with the location, understand the flow of the events, and, where possible, meet in person before the wedding day itself. That preparation ensures a calm, considered approach once the celebrations begin.

How long do our galleries take after the wedding?

We aim to deliver full galleries within six to eight weeks. Each wedding is edited with care and intention, and we never rush this stage. The final gallery is crafted to reflect your story in a cohesive, thoughtful way, rather than simply presenting a collection of images.

How will we receive our galleries?

Your photographs will be delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery, making it easy to view, share, and download your images from anywhere in the world.

What equipment do you use?

We use professional-grade camera equipment and regularly update our systems to ensure reliability and quality. That said, our priority is discretion. Your wedding is not a production set, and we work as unobtrusively as possible, allowing moments to unfold naturally while capturing them with precision.

Do you have a background in film-making/photography?

Michael holds a First Class Honours degree in Interactive Multimedia and studied Media for three years prior to that, working across both digital and analogue processes. His background includes a decade as a graphic designer and eleven years lecturing in Design and Branding. This foundation informs every aspect of his work, from composition and lighting to narrative flow and visual consistency.

How can we keep in touch with you?

Initial communication is handled via email, followed by a Zoom call so we can meet properly and talk through your plans in detail. My wife, Aisling, manages the booking process and guides couples clearly through each step. When schedules allow, we are always happy to meet in person for a coffee.

How do we go about booking?

Once you decide to proceed, we will send through the contract and booking details. Upon completion, your date is secured and we take care of everything from there.
